You will need to follow steps 1-4 twice daily (A.M. & P.M.) at home. The physician will recommend a skin rejuvenation program to fit your individual skin care needs. The home care products are used in conjunction with step 5. This in-office procedure is usually applied to the patient by the doctor or nurse beginning with a series of six every two weeks depending on age, amount of sun damage, etc. These professional in-office treatments help to "jump start" and accelerate the benefits of the program.
